DIRECT DEBIT SCHEME - ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

The deadline for setting up a Direct Debit Mandate for 2019/20 Subscriptions has now passed.

 

The deadline for setting up a direct debit mandate for payment of 2019/20 subscriptions has now passed.  Therefore the links to the online portal and paper mandate form have been removed from the information below.

Payment of Subscriptions is now permitted via Direct Debit.  

DIRECT DEBIT RENEWALS

Members currently set up on the scheme wishing to retain their current Direct Debit payment need take no further action as the system will automatically roll over and the collection(s) for the  2019/20 Membership Subscriptions will be taken from the account details currently held. 

However, if a Member would like to change the regularity of their Direct Debit payment or would like to cancel their Direct Debit instruction and pay by cheque then they must inform the office by 28th February 2019 as directed on the Subscription Notice.  Failure to inform the office by this date will result in the automatic renewal of the Direct Debit instruction currently held.

SETTING UP A NEW DIRECT DEBIT INSTRUCTION FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Members wishing to set up a Direct Debit Instruction for the first time to pay their 2019/20 Subscriptions should read the below explanatory note carefully and follow the instructions provided.  

Explanatory Note - New Set Up

The deadline to sign up to the scheme is 28th February 2019/2020.  Unfortunately it will not be possible to arrange this facility for applications received after this date for payment of 2019/20 Subscriptions.  Therefore please act promptly if you wish to pay using this method.

As highlighted within the explanatory note, you will need to complete a Direct Debit mandate.  There are two ways to do this:

a)  using the online web portal, or
b)  completing a Paper Direct Debit Mandate form and returning to the Secretary by 28th February 2019.

You will also need to complete and return the slip at the base of your subscription notice, again by 28th February 2019 highlighting which payment option you wish to sign up to.  Please do not hesitate to contact the office should you need extra assistance with setting up payment via the Direct Debit scheme.
