The 60th Lytham Trophy – 2026

The Lytham Trophy is a World Amateur Golf Ranking, 72-Hole, Stroke Play Competition played over three days. After 36 holes, the leading 40 competitors, and ties, shall play a further 36 holes.
The tournament is open to all male amateur golfers of any Nationality whose Handicap (Index) does not exceed Scratch (0.4). Applicants with a handicap higher than Scratch (0.4) on the date of entry will not be accepted.

Entries from competitors within GB&I, with a Golf Membership number (formerly CDH Lifetime ID) are encouraged to enter via the on-line process see link below.
Overseas Entries
Overseas entries may also be made online or, if necessary, using the official entry form. If entering online, Overseas players must follow up with proof of their current Handicap, signed by the Home Club Secretary, Handicapping Authority or Overseas Golfing Union, Federation or Association. Overseas entries made via the manual entry form will not be accepted unless the form is fully completed and signed by the entrant and the Home Club Secretary, Handicapping Authority or Overseas Golfing Union, Federation or Association. Any manual entry forms or proof of handicap may be sent via email.
