  • Check in & Check out

    Room keys are to be collected from the clubhouse, however if you are arriving later than the normal check-in times, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make alternative arrangements for key collection. Rooms are available from 14.00pm and you must check in no later 8.00pm,or, if dinner is required no later than 7.30pm. Rooms must be vacated by 9am.

  • How to Book

    A non-returnable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The Club can accept payment by credit and debit cards. Any reduction in numbers must be advised at least fourteen days prior to arrival and the final balance is payable fourteen days prior to arrival.

  • Service Times

    Breakfast served from 07:00. Dinner is served from 19:30 to 20:00

  • Mobile Phones

    The Club is a place of relaxation and leisure and therefore we ask that mobile phones are silent in the Clubhouse and on the Course.  Mobile Phones, Tablets and Laptops are permitted for use to access the internet, e-mails, texts, calendar and contacts in the following areas of the Clubhouse; Main Entrance Hall (for running competitions including corporate days) and the Snooker Room.  If you do need to answer a call, you can do so in the Locker Room, in the Telephone booth or in the main Carpark.  Mobile phones are not permitted on the golf course, practice ground or putting green.

  • Dress Code
    • On The Course – Conventional golfing attire including golf shoes are required.  Shirts should be tucked in at all times.  Tailored shorts are permitted on the links and can be worn with either knee length or white sports socks.
    • In The Clubhouse – Golfing attire can be worn throughout the Clubhouse.  However, shorts, golf shoes, hats and outerwear are not permitted in any of the Club’s public rooms including all bar and catering areas.  Jeans, trainers, tracksuits and round neck T-shirts are prohibited on the Course and in the Clubhouse.
    • For Evening Dinner – Gentlemen require a jacket and tie.
